Eating less meat will help for real in the long run, I prefer lean meat to really red meat, shrimp and don't eat salmon. I heard it taste good. For some reason in my family, we don't eat crabs, even snail is considered a taboo in my family. We don't cook it in our home, love your new diet. I can't wait for results next Monday.
